I was invited to check out your website. You have a good team that looks like it trains hard and competes well. Kudos to your coach. Thank you coaches for your dedication to the kids and to the season. It is so fun to watch these kids get excited before and after their races...they also show true sportsmanship and support to each other.

a REMINDER for all of our athletes; Like we have said EVERYDAY at practice, you have to warm down and stretch after a workout EVERYDAY. The cold wind doesn't help either, so be sure to be in warmup pants during practice and at meets. League starts Thursday and we have Righetti. We are not competing Saturday, so lets go after it!! Keep up the good work and ALWAYS make sure to warm down and stretch properly after EACH practice!!!!!! GOOD LUCK and GO EAGLES!!!

On behalf of our entire coaching staff, I wanted to say that we are excited about our upcoming track and field season. Our kids have been working hard and also have very positive attitudes. The new and younger athletes have shown us that they are here to learn, have fun and give us 100%. Our veteran athletes have been leading by example and are ready to pave the way for the younger kids. Parents, our coaching staff is very easy to work with, so if you have any questions/concerns, don't hesitate to ask. Thank You and we hope to meet you all soon..LET'S GO AG!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you!

Thursday and Today were really great days. All of our athletes are giving us coaches 100% in meets and very importantly, in practice as well. We have such a good group this year. Let's all keep working hard because doing so will result in great things for individuals and our team as a whole. Once again I speak for all coaches; keep doing what you're doing because awesome things are happening for our track and field program.

I first want to speak for all of the coaches and say how impressed we are of the AG performances we saw today. Every athlete I saw gave us 100%. As far as running, we ran some AMAZING times and from here on out those times can only improve. Hats off to those young guys and girls who stepped up and ran Varsity for the first time. I know each one of you was nervous at first, but when it came time to run, you all competed great. Relay/Sprint and Hurdle squad, Hitchen and I are extremely excited to work with you this year. League starts on Thursday with a home meet against Paso Robles. Let's have good attendance for practice, let's work hard and very importantly-----HAVE FUN!!!!
AG Throws Clinic 2/20/10 brings out serious throwers!

Saturday, March 20 was the perfect day for 40 students to learn throwing technique and warm ups and everything in-between from World Renowned Olympic Gold Medalist - Stephanie Brown-Trafton. It was an all day clinic with some serious athletes staying afterwards for more work and critique. It was well worth the money and time!! Thanks Coach Field and Coach Brown for the gift!
