I hope all of you had a fun summer!  I am thrilled to be your principal and am energized and excited for the coming year!

Our kindergarteners will be attending school on a staggered day schedule (Session 1 - 9:00am-1:00pm and Session 2 - 10:30am - 2:30pm).  We also have several new staff members to welcome this year.

Our campus opens at 8:40am for students.  Please do not drop off students prior to 8:40am.  We have two lots, one directly in front of the school and a side lot on the library/park side of campus.  In both locations (beginning at 8:40am) we have staff on duty to facilitate a safe and efficient drop off.  Out front in the morning, please leave the inside lane, closest to the school, free.  We generally can handle all drop offs in the "middle lane." 

After school, in the front lot, we have both lanes available for pick-up.  Please keep to the right, so others may pass you on the left.  Unless you intend to park, please do not arrive more than five minutes early to wait in one of our drive through pick up lines.  Also, please do not stop on Tefft Street.  If you are unable to turn into the parking lot, please take another lap.  Also, after the first week of school, please do not wait to pick up your children outside his/her classroom.  Please wait at the front of the school.  Kinder parents please wait at the gate on the far side of the cafeteria. 

Please plan to attend Back To School Night on Thursday, August 23rd from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.  This is an adults only evening designed to provide you with specific information regarding the curriculum and procedures for your child's class.
