Paulding 8th Graders, who are registered at their appropriate high schools will be visiting Arroyo Grande High School and Central Coast New Tech High. Visits will be from 9:00 - 12:00 on May 29th. Lucia Mar School district will provide bus transportation.

Student/Parent Orientation |
Monday, May 20 12:00 pm, Student Orientation at Paulding School. Students will be coming from our feeder schools to Paulding to be introduced to Paulding's middle school setting. They will be escorted around the school, meeting techers and classrooms. They will be given a hot dog lunch.
That same evening from 6:30 PM- 7:30 PM parents are invited to the Parent Orientation in our Multi-Purpose Room. Bring your questions, and listen to information about Paulding Middle School. |

8th Grade Promotional Dance |
Our 8th Grade Dance Committee is asking for a $5.00 donation towards the dance activity for our 8th grade students. Please send your donation with your student to school. They should leave the money with their advisory, first period teacher. PTSO will collect the monies and use it for the dance. Students must have their Dance Activity sheet signed and be eligible to participate that evening. The dance is on the last day of school, June 7th, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. |

Athletics for Incoming AGHS Students |
Arroyo Grande High School Athletic Clearance Packets will be on sale beginning Monday, May 6th at Arroyo Grande High School in the student business office before school, at break, lunch and after school until 3:50. Any athletes who intends on participating this summer must be cleared. The screening will be Monday, May 20, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the gym and locker rooms. The cost for the packet is $80.00 which includes an ASB card.

Intra District Transfers |
The Intradistrict Transfer window this year will open on March 1, 2013 and close on May 1, 2013. Once this window is closed Curriculum will coordinate the availability and contact parents. A second lottery will be held for transfers received after May 1. Those transfers will be processed in August, 2013. |

Year Book Sales |
Year book sales through Jostens.com ended April 15, 2013, at the $38.00 rate.
Year books will be sold at the end of the school year at school for $45.00. 8th Graders can purchase their year book on Tuesday, June 4, 7th graders on Wednesday, June 5, on a first come, first serve basis. Announcements will be made on the school bulletin.
