Welcome to my website. Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been teaching for twenty one years. Ever since I was a little girl I have wanted to be a teacher. My favorite part about teaching is reading to the children. This is my third year at Nipomo Elementary. Previously I taught first and second grades at North Oceano Elementary in Grover Beach. Prior to that I taught kindergarten and first grade in Fairfield, CA and Napa, CA. I have lived in Nipomo for eleven years. My husband and I have three daughters and one son, ranging in ages from age 31 to 7. My hobbies include reading, shopping, scrapbooking, visiting friends, and traveling. I love animals. Currently I have a dog, a Queensland Healer named Sadie and a black and white cat named Katie. My koi pond keeps me busy on some weekends. Something you may not know about me is that I was a baton twirler during my growing up years. I was the majorette for the high school marching band in Carpinteria, where I grew up. I also was the baton twirler for the Cal Poly marching band for one year and performed during halftime for the San Diego Chargers.
